One century ago, the ship deemed "unsinkable" drifted to the bottom of the North Atlantic Ocean, taking just over 1500 souls with her.
May they all rest.

TitanicUnder the depths of the black sea
There is a ship
lost to the world
A mighty wonder and such a loss
She rest waiting to be found
Cursed before she ever set sail
A book giving her destanity
Three million rivets in her hull
Four huge funnels and nine decks
eight-eight two feet long she was
waiting to set sail
One fateful night a distater struck
A mighty iceburg had hit her hull
as started to sink people feared
There unsinkable ship was sinking
as life boats filled up people panicked
there weren't enough to go around
Her stern was going down; her bow going up
Crack
The stern started sinking
The bow came level and rose again

The TitanicTitanic
There was once a ship,
Unsinkable they called it,
But up to its reputation it did not live,
And sank to a deadly, watery end.
People rich and poor all came to board this wonder,
And they all enjoyed the cruise,
Until of course an iceberg hit,
And they saw before them death.
Though there were lifeboats a plenty,
Theyre werent quite plenty enough,
And even many who could,
Couldnt gain a place.
In the end only a fraction of the passengers,
Were able to live full lives,
And even them, the lucky ones,
Will be scarred forever more.

Spirit of the TitanicI'll never forget that day close to 100 years ago. The day I hit the iceberg. My crew did all they could to protect me but it wasn't enough. I collided with a bit of the ice on my side. Oh, how my side burned! My pain was soon dulled by the frigid waters destined to be my resting place. I thought I had been saved until I realized I was starting to feel heavy in the front. The warning signs of my sinking were brought to my crew's attention and by then, it was too late to save me. I knew my fate was sealed and I failed to move. I drifted on the sea as my engines ceased to function. It wasn't long after that my stern was starting to rise, slowly

Some things never change...
If you want to read about the Titanic, buy the book "The Riddle Of The Titanic" written by Robin Gardiner and Dan Van Der Vat (ISBN:0-75280-167-8). It is a fantastic book which gives detail to what happened and what should have happened. It also details how she was built and about the Olympic, her sister ship. It is well worth a read, and I think I shall read it again.
