Hello there! Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
~iwabon - Hi there! I am a Japanese working person. I create paintings as a hobby I've got since my childhood.
~daydreamerre - Hi! I'm Daydreamerre, an undergrad-in-debt-of-student-loans :P in Canada, studied Environment/Ecology and now in Illustration major. I'm an artist (and I'm trying to be a good one) with a variety of other interests. I'm a total introvert and more or less of a geek, so hopefully you won't find me being too socially awkward.

I know, I'm late again OTL, life's taken my lemons and is spraying its acid in my eyes very slowly :XD: I mentioned that my computer had died on me, so a friend of mine helped me get it fixed but in the process we accidentally got rid of my drawings folder... So all of my artworks, my psd files, my sketches, everything I had drawn from 2006 vanished into thin air in the blink of an eye... :icontouchedplz: So long and farewell, piece of my heart... We're going to try to restore what was lost but there are no guarantees of success :( So yeah, I'm not in the best mood right now. Also, I must return to my lab duties by Monday and I was supposed to do a lot of writing for my thesis but couldn't get none done because of these issues and me getting sick didn't help either. So I'm stressed as hell. Ugh.

Displaying JournalsOn your page you can have the Featured Deviation Widgets where you can display your favourite Deviations from your Gallery.
Also you can use them to display your Journals. Here is how to do that:

#1 All you have to do is edit the Widget by clicking on the little Pencil icon 
Normally you would get the following:

#2 Here you have to click on the Choose A Deviation button.

#3 In the Search field you should type in one of your Journal's title and your Features, Interviews or other.
Of course at first your deviations are showing up and you can select one, but if you type in anything elso to the field, everything related to it comes up.
Pick the one you would like to be displayed.
Important: You have to change to Normal View (if you have Premium Membership) b

I graduated from university with a BA honour in illustration and animation, having worked at a different university for a few years, I am now a fulltime freelance illustrator and animator.
When did you start animating?
When I was a young teen I reckon! During that time of my life gif animations really took off all over the Internet and so many young animators at that age got ahold of free gif animation compilers, so although I can't give an exact age, I was pretty young at the time!

Traditional Tuesdays #52OMG OMFG OMFG! This is week fifty-two of this little article, and I can honestly say that I didn't think it would last this long. The night I started this feature, I was bored and just browsing around the Traditional Gallery. I was finding all kinds great artwork, that for one reason or another I couldn't/wouldn't give a DD. It could be because they had a DD recently, but mainly it was for a link to go back and see what they created next, and if they took it to the next level. Now it's more for artwork that I no longer have time to DD, I can't DD everything! I still find the article fun to do, and I'll keep doing it until it no longer is.
