Blizzard of 2016Here are some photos of the whammy of a snowstorm we are currently experiencing. It started yesterday evening; we are in a lull right now, but we are still under a blizzard warning until tomorrow morning.I'm a strange one who absolutely loves when it snows, no matter how much we get (as long as it doesn't knock out power). I'm not sure how much we've received so far, but it looks to be about 12 inches (though much deeper where drifts were created). As for everyone who is impacted by this storm, I hope you're staying safe and warm.

Why hello thereSo, it's been a while since I've given updates on what's been going on. So here goes...I was promoted at work from sales associate to department manager in April (finally, after eight years with my employer). I just recently went from being temporary manager of the toy department to being the manager of the over-the-counter portion of the pharmacy.I graduated from college in May (I now have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration).I finally (seriously) started working on what I hope to be a novel.Inspiration has been elusive lately. I've been playing in Photoshop but haven't been able to complete anything worth sharing. I want to start dabbling more in digital painting but I need to buy a new tablet pen first (I lost the original... meh). I've been spending most of my time reading or playing The Sims.So...yeah. That's it in a nutshell. Any random questions or tidbits of information you'd like to share? I'd like to reconnect with the community again

Most notably the color challenge and refinement challenge, but also a lot of speedpainting and daily sketching.Over the past few years a lot of people have asked me how the hell I would manage to do a sketch eve
